Summary

Hansen Talent Group is seeking a technical specialist to join an application development team in the greater Columbia, SC area. The ideal candidate has experience troubleshooting user applications with a background in customer service and an interest in moving towards development/testing oriented careers. 

The Application Support Specialist is responsible for supporting end-users, troubleshooting application errors as well as collaborating with testing and development teams to support platform enhancements. 

Duties:
  • Serve as point of contact of end-users, providing active support in diagnosing/ troubleshooting application issues and ensuring customers have a positive experience using the platform. 
  • Work with customers to identify opportunities to improve their experience and ensure successful application use. 
  • Provide Tier I application support, troubleshooting issues based on initial diagnosis and escalating more complex issues to the development and testing teams. 
  • Run reports to identify reoccurring issues and bugs, collaborate with testing and development teams to improve these areas of user experience. 
  • Support testing efforts and validating functionality, documenting findings and sharing with the team. 
  • Develop knowledge base articles to support troubleshooting and trainings.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree 
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting SaaS platforms and applications.
