Summary

The Manager, Information Technology - Infrastructure & Technology Services is responsible for delivering stable, secure, scalable, and resilient technology infrastructure services that enable Coca-Cola's digital transformation and business operations globally. As the organization accelerates its digital-first strategy, modern infrastructure, cloud capabilities, operational resilience, and secure technology foundations are critical to ensuring business continuity, enabling innovation, and supporting enterprise growth.

This role owns the performance, availability, reliability, and operational excellence of assigned infrastructure and technology services. The Manager partners closely with infrastructure, architecture, cybersecurity, cloud operations, product teams, business stakeholders, and external service providers to ensure foundational technology services are modernized, optimized, and aligned with enterprise standards and strategic priorities.

The successful candidate combines deep infrastructure and service management expertise with strong operational leadership, vendor management, and continuous improvement capabilities. Using automation, artificial intelligence, operational analytics, and modern service management practices, this role drives service quality, operational efficiency, risk reduction, and business value delivery while balancing operational stability with innovation and long-term technology modernization.

What You will do for us
  • Own the performance, reliability, availability, and operational quality of infrastructure and technology services that support enterprise business operations.
  • Develop and maintain infrastructure roadmaps, capacity plans, lifecycle strategies, and operational resilience initiatives aligned with business and technology priorities.
  • Lead day-to-day infrastructure operations, ensuring services are delivered in accordance with service-level objectives, governance standards, and performance expectations.
  • Drive proactive monitoring, operational analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service reliability, efficiency, and user experience.
  • Provide leadership during infrastructure incidents, outages, and service disruptions, coordinating recovery activities, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and stakeholder communications.
  • Manage infrastructure change activities to ensure technology environments remain secure, stable, and resilient while enabling business transformation and modernization objectives.
  • Partner with architecture, cybersecurity, cloud operations, engineering, product, and business teams to deliver integrated technology solutions that support enterprise priorities.
  • Manage strategic relationships with infrastructure vendors, managed service providers, and technology partners to ensure service quality, contractual performance, and operational excellence.
  • Utilize infrastructure service metrics, operational trends, performance indicators, and insights to drive decision-making and improve outcomes.
  • Ensure infrastructure services comply with cybersecurity policies, governance requirements, regulatory obligations, and enterprise risk management standards.
  • Support disaster recovery, business continuity, resilience planning, and operational readiness activities across the technology landscape.
  • Drive the adoption of automation, artificial intelligence-enabled operations, and modern infrastructure management practices to improve scalability, efficiency, and reliability.
  • Support infrastructure investment planning and manage operating and capital expenditure budgets to optimize cost, value, and service performance.
  • Influence infrastructure portfolio priorities, technology refresh initiatives, operational roadmaps, and modernization efforts.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across technology and business functions to ensure infrastructure capabilities support evolving organizational needs.
  • Balance operational stability, security, innovation, and long-term value creation in a dynamic, global environment.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
  • 5+ years of experience in information technology with responsibilities spanning infrastructure operations, technology services, networking, service management, or platform delivery.
  • Experience working within manufacturing, bottling, supply chain, or consumer packaged goods environments is strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in enterprise infrastructure technologies including networking, compute, server environments, infrastructure operations, and service management.
    • Infrastructure and connectivity: TCP/IP, LAN/WAN connectivity, and network infrastructure.
    • Output management: Multifunction printers, secure print, label printers, and network printers.
    • End-user and workplace technology: PC and deskside support, Microsoft and Apple operating systems, RDP, VDI, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Office, email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
  • Experience managing infrastructure service performance, availability, reliability, operational resilience, and service-level commitments.
  • Strong understanding of infrastructure lifecycle management, capacity planning, operational governance, and technology modernization practices.
  • Experience leading infrastructure incident management, service restoration activities, root cause analysis, and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure, connectivity technologies, local and wide area network environments, and enterprise technology ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, access controls, compliance requirements, technology risk management, and infrastructure governance frameworks.
  • Experience managing third-party vendors, managed service providers, and strategic technology partners to achieve operational and service objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage operational data, analytics, reporting, and service metrics to improve infrastructure performance and decision-making.
  • Experience managing operating and capital expenditure budgets, infrastructure investments, and cost optimization initiatives.
  • Knowledge of disaster recovery, business continuity planning, and operational resilience best practices.
  • Understanding of enterprise service management processes including change, incident, problem, and release management.
  • Experience supporting workplace and end-user technology environments including collaboration platforms, desktop technologies, and productivity services.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, vendor management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.
  • Full professional English proficiency.
