Job Description Summary

The Manager, Technology Operations plays a critical role in ensuringthe stability, performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of the platforms and technology services that power Coke ON and enable Coca-Cola's digital transformation. Sitting within the Technology Delivery organization, this role serves as the operational bridge between engineering, architecture, product, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams to ensure Coke ON consistently delivers value at scale.

As Coca-Cola accelerates adoption of cloud technologies, data platforms, automation, and artificial intelligence capabilities, operational excellence becomes increasingly important tomaintainingCoke ON's business continuity and supporting growth. This role manages technology operations processes, monitors service performance, improves reliability, and drives operational readiness across Coke ON and related digital products and platforms.

Responsibilities include:
Manage day-to-day technology operations activities that support Coke ON and other enterprise applications, platforms, integrations, and digital products.

  • Monitor Coke ON's technology service performance and availability to ensure critical business operations are supported effectively.

  • Partner with engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, architecture, and product teams tomaintainCoke ON's operational stability and service reliability.

  • Coordinate incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis activities to minimize business disruption and improve Coke ON's service quality.

  • Drive operational readiness activities for new Coke ON technology implementations, platform enhancements, and major releases.

  • Establish andmaintainservice level metrics, performance dashboards, and operational reporting that provide visibility into Coke ON'stechnologyhealth and business impact.

  • Identifyopportunities to automate operational processes, improve monitoring capabilities, and increase efficiency through modern technology operations practices for Coke ON.

  • Support cloud-based operational environments and help ensure Coke ON platforms areoptimizedfor performance, scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency.

  • Collaborate with cybersecurity and risk management teams to ensure Coke ON's operational controls align with security, privacy, compliance, and governance requirements.

  • Manage vendor and partner relationships related to operational support, managed services, and technology performance for Coke ON.

  • Contribute to business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience planning activities for Coke ON.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, ora relateddiscipline.

  • 5+ years of experience in technology operations, IT service management, platform operations, infrastructure operations, or related technology functions.

  • Experience supporting enterprise applications, digital products, cloud platforms, or business-critical technology environments - ideally consumer-facing platforms such as Coke ON.

  • Strong understanding of operational processes including incident management, problem management, change management, and service monitoring.

  • Experience working with cloud technologies, enterprise platforms, infrastructure services, and modern operational support models.

  • Knowledge of service management frameworks, operational governance practices, and technology performance measurement.

  • Experience collaborating across engineering, architecture, cybersecurity, product management, and business stakeholder teams.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability toidentifyroot causes and implement sustainable operational improvements.

  • Familiarity with automation, observability, monitoring, and operational intelligence capabilities.

  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity, privacy, compliance, and risk management considerations within technology operations environments.
