Product Owner

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in need of a Product Owner in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities:
* Own and drive the product vision for a centralized data platform supporting payer-provider collaboration
* Partner with business and IT stakeholders to define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog for healthcare data initiatives
* Translate complex data needs into clear product requirements and user stories
* Lead efforts to consolidate and standardize data and conversations across payers and providers
* Oversee data products built primarily on Snowflake, ensuring scalability, usability, and business value
* Collaborate with engineering, data, and analytics teams while remaining independent from vendor-led solution delivery
* Leverage AI-enabled capabilities to enhance insights, negotiation support, and relationship intelligence

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working with health insurance or healthcare provider data
* Hands-on experience with Snowflake in a data, analytics, or platform environment
* Familiarity with AI-driven data products, including tools such as Gemini and Snowflake Cortex
* Proven ability to work across business, data, and technical teams in a complex enterprise environment
* Experience owning data-centric products from concept through delivery
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to operate independently and objectively outside of vendor-driven implementations

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
