Sales Executive – AI & Customer Experience Consulting (Remote)
$150K base + commission
This is not a buzzword AI role.
We’re hiring a high-drive Sales Executive who is genuinely obsessed with AI and knows how to position AI, data, and CX strategy as real business outcomes. This is a full-cycle role (50% new / 50% existing accounts) ideal for a proven seller who can build pipeline, run strong discovery, and consistently exceed quota.

What you’ll do:
• Lead deals from prospecting through close across mid-market and enterprise accounts
• Build and maintain a strong, self-generated pipeline
• Sell consultatively, focusing on value and outcomes—not features
• Position AI-led transformation, CX strategy, and managed solutions to stakeholders at any level
• Own forecast accuracy, deal strategy, and revenue results
What we’re looking for:
• 7 years of enterprise software or consulting sales experience
• Clear history of meeting or exceeding quota
• Strong examples of pipeline creation and value-based selling
• Comfort selling to executive buyers and navigating complex deals
• High energy, accountability, and a true go-getter mindset
