Role: Telecommunication Analyst III
Location: Madison, WI
Duration: 6/30/26 with possibility for extension
Position overview: Looking for an experienced Telecommunication Analyst to continue our support for agency business partners and people . This individual will be assisting with supporting and installing telephones, cellphones and other video conferencing solutions.
Project Details: Provides technical assistance in support and preparation of telecom technologies, primarily focused on mobile technology management, deployment, and maintenance. Requires working knowledge of and experience with mobile devices, and desktop technologies including, but not limited to, desktop applications, iPhones, and iPads. Must be able to work independently or as part of a team. In-state, day travel in State-owned vehicles is expected. Occasional long hours are possible, but limited. This is a remote position with office visits at least weekly.
