Marketing Designer
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (Onsite | Open to Remote Consideration)
Contract: 3 Months (W2)
Pay Rate: $50–$59/hour (DOE)

About the Opportunity
Russell Tobin is supporting the hiring of a Marketing Designer on behalf of a leading global technology organization known for delivering innovative workplace platforms and digital solutions used by more than a million customers worldwide.
This role sits within a collaborative Web & Marketing Creative Team responsible for designing digital experiences and producing high-impact marketing assets. We’re seeking a designer who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, visual design, and interactive engagement — someone excited to create work that surprises and delights customers.
Key Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional design experience across multiple media channels
- Strong command of core design principles: typography, layout, hierarchy, balance, proportion, emphasis, and unity
- Passion for design with curiosity around emerging tools, technologies, and creative trends
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Experience organizing design files for iteration, collaboration, and web production workflows
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume creative environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A standout portfolio showcasing innovative marketing and digital design work
What You’ll Do
- Design marketing communications across channels including:
- Infographics
- Presentations
- Web and landing pages
- Email campaigns
- Social media assets
- Translate project goals and creative direction into compelling visual experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional creative and technical teams to concept and iterate on design solutions
- Prepare materials for creative reviews and stakeholder presentations
- Ensure final deliverables meet the highest standards of layout, imagery, and typography quality
- Finalize and deliver production-ready files within tight timelines
