Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the QA team.
Define and implement QA strategies, standards, and best practices.
Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Oversee manual and automated testing efforts.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure quality requirements are met.
Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution.
Conduct risk analysis and provide quality metrics reports.
Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
6+ years of experience in software testing/QA.
2+ years of experience in a QA Lead or similar leadership role.
Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, TestNG).
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Experience with defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
