Description

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a contract basis in Minneapolis, Minnesota. In this role, you will create compelling designs for social and digital advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with brand identity and marketing goals. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced agency setting, can work independently, and brings a strong creative vision to every project.

Responsibilities:
Design visually engaging graphics for social media and digital advertising campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Illustrator and Photoshop, to produce high-quality designs.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Incorporate feedback effectively to refine designs and deliver high-quality final products.
Stay updated on design trends and industry standards to create innovative content.
Ensure consistency and accuracy across all graphic materials.
Prepare files for digital delivery and production as needed.
Contribute ideas and strategies to improve campaign performance through creative design.
Work both independently and as part of a team to achieve project goals.

Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design, particularly in social and digital advertising.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and layout.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with creating designs for social media campaigns.
A portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work.
