Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated and manual test cases for enterprise applications.
- Create test plans, test scenarios, and test scripts based on business and technical requirements.
- Perform system, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing.
- Identify, document, track, and support resolution of defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project teams to ensure product quality and successful delivery.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
3+ years of experience in Software Testing or Quality Assurance.
3+ years of experience in Test Automation using Selenium or similar automation tools.

|
Technical Skills
|
Selenium, Java, Test Automation, Manual Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, Performance Testing, Jira, Confluence, X-Ray, Jenkins, CI/CD, Agile Testing
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Quality Assurance, Defect Management, Requirements Analysis, Test Strategy, Stakeholder Collaboration, SDLC, Risk Assessment, Process Improvement

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with public sector, healthcare, benefits, or eligibility systems.
- Familiarity with automation frameworks and continuous testing practices.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills..
