Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Lead end-to-end testing activities across system, integration, regression, user acceptance, and performance testing.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, plans, and schedules aligned with project objectives.
- Design, review, and execute manual and automated test cases.
- Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution and closure.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) activities and support business users during validation.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or Test Management.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience with public sector or government systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with enterprise applications involving interfaces, batch processing, forms, reports, and web portals.
