Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for a B2B Content Marketing Manager - Creative Cloud SMB/MM for a
contract assignment with one of our premier
SaaS clients in San Francisco, CA.
Establish and drive content strategy for SMB/MM Creative Cloud customers.
Develop and adapt route-to-market specific narratives and enablement materials to support core sales motions (upsell, cross-sell, seat expansion).
Oversee the full content production lifecycle, managing multiple external agencies and internal teams to deliver high-quality assets on time.
Responsibilities :
- Content Strategy
- Lead content strategy for Creative Cloud SMB/MM, ensuring alignment with business goals, segment needs, and sales motions.
- Translate product value propositions into simple, relevant, and compelling content for SMB/MM audiences.
- Partner closely with Go-to-Market, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to maintain messaging consistency and accuracy.
- Marketing & Enablement Content Creation
- Create a range of sales and marketing content, including: Customer stories and proof points, Infographics, Blog content, Website copy, Email and nurture copy, Sales enablement decks, and One-pagers
- Refresh existing assets based on updated positioning, product changes, or market insights, tailored to the needs of each route to market.
- Project Management & Production Oversight
- Manage timelines, workflows, and approvals across internal teams and external agencies.
- Oversee production from brief through publication, ensuring all assets meet brand, messaging, and quality standards.
- Maintain project trackers and status documentation to ensure visibility and accountability.
- Deliverables:
- 75 SMB/MM multi-format customer-facing content, including case studies, blog posts, infographics, proof points, and related content.
- Expansion of enablement and build of materials across 3 routes to market (ICX, Channel, Corporate) to equip various sales with the resources to drive core motions.
- Content publishing strategy with launch of internal library & cross-website experience (A.com vs BACOM)
Required Skills :
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to create high-quality, engaging, SEO-friendly content across digital and print platforms.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- An analytical mindset to interpret data and metrics and optimize content performance.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a content manager, content strategist or similar role.
