Job Description:

Primary Skills: Python (Advanced), Selenium (Expert), REST API Testing (Advanced), SQL (Intermediate), Jenkins (Intermediate)
Contract Type: W2 Location: Fremont, CA (100% Onsite - 5 days in office LOCALS ONLY)
Duration: 6+ months (Possible extension)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Software QA Automation Engineer to join the Application Software Quality Assurance group, vital for verifying and enhancing the quality of both bespoke and third-party applications. This role is crucial for sustaining the agile delivery of features, through the development of automated test suites and effective QA methodologies. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a strong foundation in software development, and exhibits a profound understanding of test automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop & maintain automated test suites for applications.
• Advocate QA methodologies across development teams.
• Formulate detailed test plans and cases.
• Manage preparation of test data and execute functional, system, & integration tests.
• Monitor systems post-launch and ensure the integrity of data throughout the lifecycle.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Python and automation frameworks.
• Strong experience with Selenium or similar tools for web and mobile testing.
• Fundamental understanding and hands-on experience with RESTful services and API test automation.
