Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 SCM / Manufacturing Functional Lead with deep expertise in Inventory, BOM, and WIP modules. The ideal candidate will lead functional solutioning, configuration, and implementation across end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing processes within a Hi-Tech Manufacturing environment.

This role requires strong functional leadership, client interaction, and global delivery experience, working closely with onsite and offshore teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead functional design, solution architecture, and implementation for Oracle EBS R12 SCM modules
Drive end-to-end BOM (Bill of Materials) and WIP (Work in Process) solutioning
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and process flows
Configure and support:

Oracle Inventory
BOM (Bill of Materials)
Manufacturing / WIP modules

Design and validate Item Master, Item Structures, Routings, and Inventory Controls
Perform unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and UAT support
Collaborate with offshore teams to drive solution delivery and technical alignment
Provide user training on BOM and Manufacturing applications
Deliver hypercare and post-go-live support
Work in a global delivery model, coordinating across distributed teams
Lead functional discussions with business stakeholders and drive consensus

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 SCM (Implementation / AMS)
Strong hands-on expertise in:

Oracle Inventory
Bill of Materials (BOM)
Work in Process (WIP) / Manufacturing

Deep understanding of discrete manufacturing processes
Experience with:

Item Master & Item Attributes
BOM Structures & Configurations
Routings & Work Definitions
Inventory Transactions & Controls

Proven ability to lead functional workshops and solution design sessions
Experience working in a global delivery model (Onsite-Offshore)

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with Oracle Product Data Hub (PDH)
Knowledge of Oracle PPM integration using integration frameworks
Exposure to Oracle ERP Cloud (SCM) is an added advantage

Certifications

Oracle ERP SCM Certification (Preferred)

Key Competencies

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Ability to influence and drive decisions across teams
Excellent documentation and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and lead functional tracks
