Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Salesforce Lead Consultant with strong expertise in the Salesforce Lightning Platform to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade CRM solutions. This role requires a combination of hands-on development, technical leadership, and solution architecture capabilities.
The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution design and development using Lightning Platform
  • Translate business requirements into technical architecture and implementation plans
  • Develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations
  • Drive best practices, coding standards, and design patterns across the team
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Design and implement Sales Cloud solutions to enhance business processes
  • Build and manage system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, third-party tools, middleware)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts and QA teams
  • Provide effort estimation, sprint planning, and technical leadership
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments
  • Mentor junior developers and guide the team on Salesforce best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of IT experience with strong Salesforce development expertise
  • Hands-on experience with:
    • Salesforce Sales Cloud
    • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
    • Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable, Future methods)
    • Salesforce Integrations (REST/SOAP APIs)
  • Strong understanding of:
    • Salesforce data model and security model
    • Governor limits and performance optimization
    • Design patterns and scalable architecture
  • Experience with DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, Git, Copado, etc.)
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and drive solution decisions

Nice to Have Skills
  • Experience with Experience Cloud (Community Cloud)
  • Knowledge of Service Cloud or Marketing Cloud
  • Exposure to MuleSoft or other integration platforms
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Certifications (Required/Preferred)
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II
  • Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
  • Salesforce Certified Application/System Architect (preferred)
