This role sits with the Sales Team under the Trade Marketing and Category Strategy team, Sales has a strong will have a strong ongoing collaboration with this role as they heavily rely on the BI team to produce analysis that can help them develop strategy.
Drive our data-driven decision-making process through the design, development, and delivery of BI solutions that provide actionable insights to support our business strategies by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to address data needs, develop complex dashboards and reports, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Expertise in data visualization, analytics, and BI tools will be crucial in helping the organization leverage data for optimal business performance.
Essential Functions:
-Be a power user and subject matter expert in sales systems such as Nielsen, Circana, Luminate/Scintilla, Supplier Hub, 84.51, 1010.
-Collaborate with stakeholders including the BI team and other end users to design, automate and document dashboards, reports, and report templates that are accurate, congruent and reliable.
-Accurately report on the brands and competitive category performance metrics from a disparate group of external syndicated sources including Nielsen, Circana, 101, Luminate/Scintilla, and others.
-Tracks and communicate progress on key sales initiatives including but not limited to Retail Sales and Share, DSMP's, Promotional/Pricing changes, Innovation, and Customer Penetration and
