On-site Position in Fort Worth, TX6 month contract with a chance for extension! Job Description:- Support the development of legal agreements
- Draft and execute annual contract renewals, contract amendments, and execution of new technology-related purchase and vendor services agreements.
- Receives and responds to requests for information related to IT Solutions-managed contracts; and assists with routing of contracts and related documents through digital signature systems.
- Update spreadsheet/databases
- Respond to and resolve contract-related inquiries from internal customers and vendors, both verbally and in writing.
- Working knowledge of computer equipment and software, MS Office Suite and digital signature systems
- Ability to conduct internet research efficiently
- Data entry and file management
Qualifications:- Associate's degree from an accredited college with major coursework in Business Management, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field; or relevant work experience.
- Experience with and ability to operate basic office software including Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, and digital signature software.
- Experience with online financial systems.
- General knowledge of government procurement policies.
- Clear and effective communication skills with internal and external customers and vendors, including Technical Writing Skills.
- Exceptional ability to prioritize, organize, and execute tasks efficiently
