Role Overview
This position supports the onboarding of new Large Corporate and Commercial clients that are implementing complex Treasury Service products within the US and Canada. The role requires a comprehensive knowledge of payments, receipts, reporting services, and data transmission protocols to consult with clients, explain available options, and gather implementation requirements. The individual will serve as the primary technical contact, coordinating with operational partners to ensure an excellent client experience during technically complex implementations.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish system connections and explain file formats for clients.
- Act as the primary contact for all technical aspects of service implementation.
- Engage in client calls to ensure system compatibility and guide clients through setup.
- Support a portfolio of products and services, starting with a few and expanding over time.
- Build trust and confidence with clients by effectively delivering on technical requirements.
- Manage multiple implementation requests in a high-paced environment with limited oversight.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills: Foundational knowledge of data transmissions, including XML files, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) processes, and transmission channels like HTTPS, FTP/SSL, SFTP, AS2, and SWIFT. A strong understanding of industry-standard file formats such as NACHA and XML is necessary.
Experience: Experience in roles that require understanding the complexity of data files, typically seen in banking or supply chain. Must possess the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
Professional Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are required. The role demands an ability to manage competing demands, support both internal teams and external clients, and function effectively with minimal oversight.
