About the Role

We are hiring a seasoned Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) with deep expertise in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics AX 2012. This is a highly functional, customer-facing role where you will guide enterprise organizations through solution design, deployment, optimization, and successful adoption of Dynamics 365 ERP.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer, providing insights, feedback, and solution direction to stakeholders.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor by identifying business challenges and translating them into scalable, outcome-driven Dynamics 365 solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with both business and technical decision makers and bridge communication between the two.
  • Lead solution design using proven methodologies and best practices that drive readiness and adoption.
  • Drive consumption and usage of D365FO across customer environments.
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve functional or technical blockers to accelerate deployments.
  • Identify opportunities to expand platform capabilities and customer value.
  • Contribute to reusable frameworks, best practices, and knowledge assets; support presentations and training as needed.

Required Qualifications
  • 10-15 years of experience with Dynamics AX 2012 and/or Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations in enterprise settings.
  • Strong customer-facing consulting background with excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience leading functional workshops and delivering training.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to collaborate across teams.

Dynamics AX 2012 Expertise
  • Installation, configuration, customization, integrations, performance tuning, and cloud migration experience.

Dynamics 365 F&O Expertise
  • Functional depth in:
    • Finance: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Cash Management, Budgeting
    • Supply Chain: Sales, Procurement, Inventory Management, Production, Warehouse Management, Master Planning
  • Knowledge of X++ customization governance; integration design; ALM/DevOps; deployment to sandbox/UAT; performance optimization.
  • General Azure knowledge and environment administration.

Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Application Insights for application monitoring.
  • Familiarity with regression testing strategies and tools.
  • Contributions to internal IP, reusable templates, or scalable methodologies.
