Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer // Lead
Location - Minneapolis, MN(Remote)
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Developer with strong exposure to Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing personalized customer journeys, real-time customer engagement solutions, audience segmentation, and analytics-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels. This role requires hands-on expertise in AJO, AEP data foundations, and CJA reporting capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Design and develop Event-Based and Audience Qualification Journeys.
Configure Email, SMS, Push Notification, In-App, and Web Channel campaigns.
Implement Offer Decisioning, Dynamic Content, Personalization, and Content Templates.
Configure Journey Entry/Exit Criteria, Decision Splits, and Journey Orchestration.
Support Journey Testing, Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Production Deployment.
Collaborate with business and marketing teams to convert requirements into scalable customer journeys.
Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Develop and maintain XDM Schemas, Datasets, Identity Namespaces, and Merge Policies.
Configure Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP/RTCDP). Build and support Batch and Streaming Data Ingestion pipelines.
Design audience segmentation and profile activation strategies.
Implement identity resolution and profile stitching. Ensure compliance through DULE policies, consent management, and data governance.
Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Create and manage Connections and Data Views.
Build dashboards, reports, calculated metrics, and visualizations.
Analyze customer journey performance and campaign effectiveness.
Partner with business stakeholders to derive actionable insights from customer behavior.
Required Technical Skills
Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) XDM Schema Design Identity Resolution & Merge Policies Audience Segmentation Adobe Web SDK / Adobe Launch REST APIs SQL / Query Service Batch & Streaming Data Ingestion Journey Personalization & Offer Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Adobe certifications in AJO, AEP, or RTCDP are preferred.
Experience implementing enterprise-scale customer engagement solutions.
