Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Advise athletic departments on business operations, budget management, financial controls, financial planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Support financial analysis, expense management, operational efficiency assessments, and process improvement initiatives using practical knowledge of athletics finance operations.
- Assess financial reporting and compliance processes against applicable NCAA, conference, and regulatory requirements and recommend improvements.
- Develop financial benchmarks, operating frameworks, and analytical insights while supporting client presentations, proposals, business development, and engagement teams
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
6+ years of experience in athletics business operations, finance, accounting, or related financial leadership, including experience translating operational expertise into client-facing advisory deliverables.

Technical Skills
|
Financial Analysis, Budget Management, Financial Planning & Forecasting, Financial Controls, Accounting, Financial Reporting, Scenario Analysis, Microsoft Excel

- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
