Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Financial Managers to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Advise athletic departments and sports organizations on revenue strategies across ticketing, sponsorships, multimedia rights, licensing, retail, merchandise, membership, donor development, and other revenue streams.
- Develop data-driven recommendations for pricing, inventory management, sales, retention, and go-to-market strategies based on client objectives, market conditions, and competitive context.
- Lead or support engagement workstreams involving financial analysis, organizational design, operating model assessments, benchmarking, and revenue generation strategy.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
8+ years of experience in collegiate or professional sports revenue generation, ticket sales, sponsorship, membership/donor development, or related commercial leadership, with the ability to translate operating experience into client-facing advisory deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or related advanced degree preferred, with strong analytical, written, verbal, and executive presentation skills.
- Prior consulting or client advisory experience supporting revenue strategy, commercial operations, or organizational transformation.
