Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Management Analysts to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Advise athletic departments on organizational design, operating models, business strategy, governance structures, and operational transformation.
- Lead or support client workstreams involving facilities and capital planning, budget development, cross-functional operations, and organizational effectiveness.
- Apply senior athletics operating experience to evaluate recommendations, identify implementation challenges, and develop practical solutions supported by benchmarking and industry insights.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
10+ years of senior athletics administration experience, including experience as a COO, Deputy AD, or equivalent senior operations leader with responsibility for strategy, organizational design, facilities, budgets, and governance.
