Tech Refresh Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX (100% Onsite)

Are you a hardware hero who loves being in the thick of the action? We are launching a major technology overhaul in Dallas, and we need a Desktop Technician who thrives on high-energy deployments and delivering "white-glove" support.
This isn't just about swapping monitors; it's about ensuring our team has the cutting-edge tools they need to succeed.
The Mission
The Hardware Overhaul: Take the lead on unboxing, configuring, and deploying next-gen workstations and peripherals.
The Front Line: Act as the face of IT, guiding end-users through their new setups and ensuring a seamless transition.

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:
- Provide break/fix support for phones, computers, and printers to ensure that endpoint technology assets function at optimal level
- Install new and updated end-user devices across the bank and network hardware at branches to ensure Frost branch technology is up to date and to maintain a continuous replacement cycle
- Train new users to use hardware and software to maximize total work efficiency
qualifications:
Required 1+ years of experience in a help desk or endpoint role
Strong working knowledge of desktop operating systems and peripherals, mobile devices, and printers and print servers
Strong working knowledge of customer support practices in an enterprise environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
