Role Summary

Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors promptly and professionally, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Handle incoming calls, providing accurate information and directing inquiries appropriately.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, word processing, and internet research.
  • Take detailed messages for department personnel and relay them accurately.
  • Assist with mail sorting, overnight package handling, and maintaining organizational workflows.
  • Support other administrative staff with overflow tasks, including document preparation and filing.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous communication style in all interactions.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Contribute to a positive office atmosphere through professional demeanor and teamwork.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5+ years of administrative support experience.
  • Proven excellence in verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle a high-volume workload with professionalism.
  • Availability to interview and start immediately.
  • Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and demands.

Publishing Pay Range: $30.00 - $31.00 hourly

This position is based in office and requires employee to work on-site.
