Manager – Business Development (KPO Sales, US)

About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven professional to support business development efforts for KPO services in the US market. The role will focus on pipeline generation, client engagement, and sales execution, targeting public accounting firms, TPAs, and record keepers.
The role will also contribute to opportunities involving RADAR360 and related technology solutions, where applicable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Development
- Identify and target CPA firms, TPAs, and record keepers
- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline
- Support marketing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives
2. Client Engagement
- Develop relationships with partners, directors, and operational stakeholders
- Understand client needs and position relevant KPO solutions
- Deliver presentations, demos, and proposals
3. Sales Execution
- Manage end-to-end sales cycles for mid-sized deals
- Support RFP responses and proposal development
- Collaborate with senior leadership on larger opportunities
4. Product Awareness & Support
- Identify opportunities to introduce RADAR360 and related tools
- Support discussions around technology-enabled service delivery
- Leverage prior exposure to SaaS/audit tools (if available)
5. Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with delivery teams for solution alignment
- Maintain CRM updates, reporting, and sales discipline
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience
- 5–10 years in business development/sales in KPO, outsourcing, or professional services
- Exposure to US accounting/audit firms
- Experience with TPAs, record keepers, or related ecosystem (preferred)
- Exposure to software or technology sales (advantageous)
