About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead strategic business development for our KPO services in the US market. This role will focus on expanding our presence across public accounting firms, third-party administrators (TPAs), and record keepers, while building long-term, high-value client relationships.
The role will also support integration of service-led offerings with technology solutions such as RADAR360, enhancing our value proposition in the audit and compliance ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Business Development
- Define and execute the US growth strategy for KPO services
- Identify and prioritize target segments and accounts
- Drive revenue growth, pipeline creation, and market penetration
- Position the organization as a strategic outsourcing partner
2. Client Relationship Management
- Build and manage senior stakeholder relationships (Partners, CXOs)
- Act as a trusted advisor on outsourcing, operational efficiency, and transformation
- Drive account expansion through cross-sell and upsell opportunities
3. Deal Origination & Closure
- Lead large and complex deal pursuits, including RFPs and strategic bids
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized KPO solutions
- Lead commercial negotiations and contract finalization
4. Product & Technology Enablement
- Identify opportunities to bundle services with RADAR360 and other solutions
- Support positioning of audit/analytics software within client engagements
- Leverage prior experience in software/SaaS sales (preferred)
5. Leadership & Governance
- Mentor and guide business development teams
- Establish sales KPIs, reporting frameworks, and governance models
- Align US sales strategy with global leadership and delivery teams
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- MBA or equivalent (preferred)
Experience
- 10–15+ years in business development/sales within KPO, outsourcing, or professional services
- Proven experience working with US public accounting firms (CPA firms)
- Exposure to TPAs, record keepers, or retirement services ecosystem (preferred)
- Demonstrated success in large deal closures and strategic account management
- Experience in software/technology sales (audit tools, SaaS, analytics platforms) is a strong advantage
