Summary

Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer Location: Midland, TX

Required Skills:
  • Strong experience in Desktop Management & Infrastructure Services (IS)
  • Provide L2 support including incident investigation, diagnosis, and resolution
  • Handle service requests and incidents within defined SLAs
  • Experience working with ITSM tools for ticket logging and tracking
  • Ensure timely ticket updates and communication with clients
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors
  • Knowledge of QHSE and IT compliance policies
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

Experience Required: 6 8 Years
