As an Oracle Primavera Lead, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering enterprise project and financial management solutions centered on Oracle Primavera. You will partner with clients and cross-functional Peloton teams to define the future-state architecture, develop a phased implementation roadmap, and lead delivery across Primavera and its integration with Oracle Fusion Cloud and related enterprise platforms.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead Oracle Primavera solution architecture, design, and implementation activities across the full project lifecycle
- Assess current-state project controls, capital planning, cost management, contract administration, and financial processes to define a scalable future-state solution
- Define the end-state architecture and operating model across Oracle Primavera, Oracle Fusion Cloud other supporting systems
- Develop multi-stage implementation roadmaps, including recommended phases, sequencing, dependencies, resource needs, and key decision points
- Facilitate executive and working-session workshops to gather requirements, evaluate solution options, and drive alignment across business and technical stakeholders
- Translate complex business requirements into functional designs, solution architecture decisions, configuration strategies, and integration requirements
- Provide subject matter expertise on Primavera business processes, shells, workflows, forms, data structures, cost sheets, security, reporting, and administration
- Lead the design of integrations and data flows between Unifier, Fusion, and third-party systems
- Establish implementation standards, governance, testing strategies, deployment approaches, and quality controls for a high-visibility program
- Identify solution risks, gaps, and dependencies early and provide practical recommendations to mitigate delivery and adoption challenges
- Guide project teams through design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization, and knowledge transfer activities
- Mentor and provide technical direction to functional consultants, developers, integration resources, and client team members
- Support business development efforts, including discovery, solutioning, estimation, proposal development, demonstrations, and client presentations
- Contribute to the development of Peloton methodologies, accelerators, reusable assets, and delivery capabilities for Oracle Primavera
Required Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field
- 8-10+ years of experience delivering enterprise project controls, capital project management for Oracle Primavera solutions (P6, Primavera Cloud, Unifier)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera, including solution design, configuration, and implementation leadership
- Experience leading at least two full lifecycle Primavera implementations or major transformation programs
- Deep functional and solution architecture expertise in Unifier capabilities, including business processes, shells, workflows, forms, cost management, contracts, security, and reporting
- Experience defining enterprise architecture and integration strategies across Oracle Primavera and Oracle Cloud applications
- Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and Project Financial Management concepts, including project costing, budgeting, accounting, procurement, and financial integration points
- Experience developing phased implementation roadmaps for complex, multi-system transformation programs
- Ability to evaluate business requirements and recommend practical standard, configured, integrated, or custom solutions
- Strong understanding of data migration, integration, reporting, security, testing, and deployment considerations within a Primavera environment
- Proven ability to lead client workshops and communicate complex solution decisions to executive, business, and technical audiences
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management skills
- Experience working in client-facing consulting roles and leading distributed delivery teams

Preferred Qualifications: - Experience integrating Primavera with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
- Experience with Oracle Primavera P6, Primavera Cloud, capital planning, project controls, or construction management processes
- Oracle Primavera Unifier certifications or related Oracle Cloud certifications
- Experience supporting pre-sales solutioning, implementation estimates, statements of work, and delivery planning
- Industry experience in capital-intensive environments such as utilities, energy, engineering and construction, manufacturing, or infrastructure
Compensation: Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $140,000 to $220,000 (Base Compensation). Peloton also offers bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package including:
