Technical Project Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with strong Azure and infrastructure knowledge to own coordination and delivery of enterprise IT initiatives. This role is responsible for managing technical teams, driving cross-functional alignment with Enterprise IS&T, and providing clear, consistent project reporting and escalation.

The ideal candidate understands cloud and infrastructure well enough to lead engineers, coordinate with enterprise IT, and ensure issues move to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own delivery and coordination of Azure-based infrastructure initiatives.
• Lead and organize technical teams (cloud, network, security, vendors).
• Coordinate server provisioning and server migrations to Enterprise IT.
• Manage dependencies related to firewalls, storage, and network connectivity.
• Drive issue resolution across active critical infrastructure items.
• Provide regular status reporting, risk tracking, and escalation.
• Act as the primary interface between technical teams and Enterprise IS&T.
• Ensure work aligns with enterprise standards, timelines, and priorities.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager in infrastructure environments.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure.
• Solid understanding of:
• Firewall rules
• Networking fundamentals
• Storage and server infrastructure
• Experience leading matrixed technical teams
• Strong project reporting, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills
• Comfortable operating in enterprise IT governance models
