We are seeking a seasoned Technical Project Manager who brings strong ownership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to present facts, strategies, and outcomes clearly to executive leadership. This role requires a highly accountable professional who can drive complex technical initiatives end-to-end, create and communicate project strategies, ensure disciplined follow-ups, and confidently present to CIOs, Senior VPs, Executives, and Directors.
The ideal candidate is intuitive, proactive, detail-oriented, and willing to take on additional responsibilities to ensure delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive multiple technical projects from initiation through delivery with full accountability
- Define project goals, scope, success metrics, timelines, and execution strategies
- Present factual project status, risks, dependencies, and outcomes with clarity and confidence
- Build project strategies and execution roadmaps aligned with business and technology objectives
- Communicate strategies effectively to technical teams and executive stakeholders
- Lead planning sessions, technical discussions, and executive presentations
- Ensure strong follow-ups, action tracking, and issue resolution across teams
- Prepare high-impact presentations, dashboards, and executive-level PPT decks
- Conduct regular stakeholder updates with CIOs, Senior VPs, Executives, and Directors
- Identify risks early, propose mitigation strategies, and drive decisions to closure
- Collaborate with engineering, product, architecture, and operations teams
- Continuously improve delivery processes, reporting standards, and governance
- Take ownership of additional initiatives or responsibilities as business needs evolve
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar leadership role
- Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional technical programs
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and executive-level presentation)
- Strong accountability, follow-up discipline, and attention to detail
- Ability to present facts, build strategies, and communicate them effectively
- Advanced PowerPoint and presentation storytelling skills
- Experience presenting to CIOs, Senior VPs, Executives, and Directors
- Strong stakeholder management and executive engagement capabilities
- High level of intuition, problem-solving ability, and ownership mindset
- Willingness to take on additional responsibilities beyond core project management
Preferred Qualifications
- Background working with engineering, cloud, data, or enterprise platforms
- PMP, PgMP, SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification
- Experience building executive dashboards, project portfolios, and delivery metrics
- Exposure to enterprise governance, budgeting, and vendor management
