Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Technical Program Manager to lead the development of critical procedures for data center infrastructure projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make an impact in a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage high-quality technical procedures that ensure efficient capacity delivery across data center sites.
  • Define requirements for Method of Procedure (MOP) development and coordinate timelines for delivery.
  • Collaborate with engineers and stakeholders to ensure procedures meet security, performance, and reliability standards.
  • Provide escalation management and balance business needs with technical constraints.
  • Drive the deployment of standardized procedures across various sites while fostering collaboration among diverse teams.
Skills
  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in a technical field such as Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in program or project management within data center or critical infrastructure environments.
  • Proven ability in technical writing, including the creation of MOPs, SOPs, and other technical documentation.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a track record of effective collaboration across teams.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience working with electrical systems and safety practices within data centers.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve project goals.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving capabilities.
