Job Summary
An SAP HCM (Human Capital Management) HR Architect designs, oversees, and optimizes end-to-end human resource technology systems to match business goals.
Key Responsibilities
Experience: 10+ years of total experience in SAP HCM or SAP SuccessFactors implementations, with at least 3–5 years in a senior or architectural role.
Module Expertise: Deep functional and technical knowledge in core SAP ECC HCM modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll) alongside cloud platforms.
Integration Knowledge: Familiarity with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), BTP Integration Suite, and standard interface technologies (OData, APIs, IDocs, SOAP/REST).
Soft Skills: Exceptional client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or a related field. Solution Design & Strategy: Define future-state HR architectures, transition roadmaps, and integration frameworks for SAP S/4HANA and SuccessFactors transformations. Blueprint & Process Alignment: Lead functional discovery workshops with business leaders to map out Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll processes. Integration Architecture: Design hybrid integration scenarios between on-premise SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform), and third-party vendors (e.g., benefits, time clocks, or tax software like BSI).Governance & Compliance: Ensure system security, data privacy standards (such as GDPR), and local legal/statutory compliance across payroll and tax routines. Technical Guidance: Oversee custom developments (ABAP HR, PCRs, schemas, Fiori/UI5 interfaces) and mentor functional implementation teams
• Experience on using CATSBD to share working hours (S4 internally ) with other S4 modules as EAM and Finance.
• Understanding of EAM tools “FSM and SSAM” functionality and their integration with S4 HCM Mini master (for Scheduling).
