RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Lake Mary, FL that is seeking a Senior Integration Analyst.
Responsibilities:
* Participate in vendor discovery, vetting, and initial technical requirements gathering for new integration solutions, ensuring selected vendors meet technical and business criteria
* Collaborate with architecture and business process optimization teams for interoperability and feasibility analysis between third-party systems and internal platforms
* Maintain comprehensive integration documentation (requirements, design, configuration, and support materials) and facilitate knowledge transfer across teams to ensure support continuity
* Ensure KPI establishment throughout integration evolution in conjunction with architecture, business process optimization, and business teams
* Partner with BI and Data teams to define and deliver standardized reporting, using established KPIs to measure integration health and business adoption
* Monitor integration performance (e.g., connectivity stability, error logs, data throughput) and ensure integrations meet service level agreements, proactively addressing any issues
* Act as primary escalation point for integration issues and vendor performance, and as Account Manager in relation to third-party vendors
* Collaborate with security and governance teams to conduct vendor security assessments and ensure integration solutions comply with all internal security policies and regulatory requirements
* Conduct quarterly business reviews with stakeholders to assess integration performance, communicate upcoming initiatives and roadmap items, and garner interest in new or enhanced capabilities
* Guide and mentor a team of integration analysts assigned to dedicated integrations
* Continuously explore opportunities to enhance integration performance or implement new integration capabilities that add value to the organization
REQUIREMENTS:
* Advanced strategic planning with the ability to define and maintain long-term roadmaps, anticipate risks and dependencies, and align vendor initiatives to business objectives
* Proficient leader able to guide and mentor a team of integration analysis, fostering consistent practices, knowledge sharing, and best-in-class delivery
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for evaluating integration requirements and outcomes
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills to be effective at working with cross-functional teams and communicating with both stakeholders and third-party vendors
* Thorough knowledge of the software development life cycle and Agile methodologies for managing integration projects
* Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Strong understanding of system integration principles, including data mapping, data transformation, and API-based communication (REST/SOAP)
* Experience with integration tools or middleware (e.g., ETL platforms) and familiarity with data interchange formats like JSON and XML
* Familiarity with relevant integration technologies and standards (e.g., API protocols, web services, transmission data formats)
* Proficient in using collaboration and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and standard office software (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to document and manage work
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
