VIS Digital Project Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a VIS Digital Project Manager to join their team in Los Angeles, CA.

Overview:
Within the client's Entertainment's Creative Advertising Group sits the Visual Innovation Studio (aka VIS) team, which serves as an in-house design agency supporting all the client's marketing efforts. The Digital division under VIS focuses on creating awareness and interest for new/returning the client's shows, as well as cultivating and expanding the audience across the social/digital landscape.

As the VIS Digital Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse range of projects, spanning social ideation and content creation. The primary focus will be supporting the various shows and initiatives across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Pinterest) both organically and through paid media.

Responsibilities:
Project Management:
* Defining the project scope, timelines and deliverables for the various digital project types mentioned above
* Gathering and providing all relevant assets to assign to the appropriate resources
* Tracking the full cycle of each project and its progress, to ensure they adhere to the established timelines
* Securing approvals from appropriate stakeholders from project kick-off to delivery

Client Relationship Management:
* Acting as a liaison between our internal teams (Creative Directors, Designers, VP, larger VIS design team), our respective for marketing teams (social, media, content partnerships, strategy), and external design vendors/freelancers
* Maintaining clear and efficient communication channels to ensure project/team success

Resource Allocation:
* Overseeing and allocating resources for our internal team of designers, as well as external vendors and freelancers, to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

REQUIREMENTS:
* The ideal candidate will have Project Management experience in producing social media content, working with Motion Graphics Designers, and have an understanding of the Entertainment/TV industry
* Past experience working either at a creative agency or in-house creative studio is a plus

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
