Marketing Operations Associate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Operations Associate to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth transition and management of marketing accounts and their integration into Salesforce. The ideal candidate will excel in managing data, executing templates, and implementing automations to optimize marketing workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management:
- Compile detailed records of impacted advisor teams.
- Review and assess account data for accuracy and completeness.
Template Utilization:
- Apply pre-built templates to accounts using copy-and-paste methods to ensure consistency.
Account Transition:
- Decommission existing accounts and migrate data to new instances.
- Rebuild accounts with essential templates and maintain structural integrity.
Automation Enhancements:
- Identify opportunities to add automations to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Salesforce Integration Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the integration of accounts and data into Salesforce.
- Ensure seamless data transfer and account setup within the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work efficiently with large datasets and repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and templates is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with diverse teams
