Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and track the migration status of 300+ applications as part of large-scale application migration, modernization, and data center exit programs, ensuring timely execution across all phases from planning and onboarding through production deployment at the LOB level.
  • Track application and program milestones, dependencies, risks, and overall progress, providing daily status updates to leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Work closely with application owners, engineering teams, program managers, and business leaders to drive accountability and ensure delivery within committed timelines.
  • Manage program escalations and report blockers through effective stakeholder coordination, governance, and follow-up.
  • Create and maintain executive reports, Excel dashboards, Pivot-based analyses, PowerPoint presentations, and leverage existing Power BI reports to monitor progress, identify risks, and support leadership decision-making.
  • Prepare regular Excel-based reports and PowerPoint presentations to communicate migration status, trends, risks, and key insights.
  • Update application-level details and status in internal reporting tools (ServiceNow) to track migration progress and portfolio health at the LOB level.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Experience tracking application migration, cloud modernization, or large-scale technology transformation programs at the LOB level.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder groups.
  • Microsoft Excel skills, including reporting, pivot tables, dashboards, data analysis, and executive-level reporting; strong PowerPoint presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, client engagement, and coordination skills.
  • Track application migration status across all phases, including onboarding, CI/CD, observability/NFRs, operational readiness, deployment dates, and post-migration NFRs, ensuring timely completion and adherence to program milestones.
  • Hybrid role: Candidate must work from the Charlotte Uptown office and be available to attend onsite at least three days per week, preferably Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
