Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Phoenix, AZ that is seeking a Workday Business Systems Analyst to perform the analysis, design, implementation, modification, and daily functional support of Workday HCM.

Job Responsibilities:
* Support Workday HCM implementation activities, including development, testing, and deployment of key reports and system integrations to and from Workday; Build, test and deploy custom apps in Workday Extend
* Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
* Design and build compelling data visualizations for reports, presentations and analytical products to highlight key insights and research findings and communicate project results internally and externally using tools like PowerBI and other AWS tools; Ensure reports are created using credible qualitative and quantitative methodologies
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, understand and prioritize business problems

REQUIREMENTS:
* Workday Pro Integration certification is preferred
* Experience in developing reports and system integrations to and from Workday HCM
* Strong proficiency in SQL and JSON coding
* Knowledge of data visualization and ETL tools such as PowerBI/AWS Glue/AWS QuickSight
* Ability to effectively translate business requirements into business rules
* Ability to communicate with users in business terms while applying BI concepts to solutions-oriented challenges
* Ability to solve technical problems/ processes and understand complex details
* A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level
* Ability to analyze complex situations and problems and do the necessary research using multiple sources of information to arrive at innovative solutions

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
