Job DescriptionJob SummaryThe Project Manager is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within defined scope, budget, and timelines. This role oversees all aspects of project delivery, including scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The Project Manager provides regular status reporting and ensures alignment with business objectives and delivery standards.
Primary Responsibilities- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution
- Deliver projects on time, within scope, and within approved budgets
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria while ensuring technical feasibility
- Ensure appropriate resource planning, availability, and allocation across projects
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress and key milestones
- Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost using established change control processes
- Track and measure project performance using appropriate tools and methodologies
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating as needed
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
- Facilitate project meetings, including status reviews and stakeholder updates
- Prepare and deliver clear, concise project status reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Monitor financial performance and adjust project constraints as needed to meet budgetary goals
- Create and maintain project documentation, including spreadsheets, diagrams, and process flows
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Act as Project Manager across multiple concurrent workstreams within a digital delivery environment
- Develop detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and critical path items
- Lead or participate in recurring status meetings and prepare executive-level updates and communications
- Track risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively escalate concerns to leadership
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage inter-team dependencies
- Liaise between internal delivery teams and external partners or dependent groups
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related discipline
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
- Demonstrated experience managing projects in a professional environment
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proven organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Skills- Experience with AI initiatives or workflow automation tools (e.g., intelligent automation, orchestration, or low-code/no-code platforms)
- Familiarity with modern digital delivery environments and cross-functional teams
