Luna Data Solutions has an immediate long-term contract position opening (contract term initially 6 months, with probable extension) for an AI Business Enterprise Architect Specialist resource with our public sector industry client located in Austin, TX. This is a remote or hybrid opportunity.

Role:  AI Business Enterprise Architect Specialist

Role Description:


This role is for an AI Business Enterprise Architect Specialist with knowledge of AI and in-depth knowledge of data migration and data reconciliation for public pension/benefit system modernizations. It is a combination of functional/technical experience and will require usage of AI business design experience. This role also requires extraordinarily strong experience in data migration and data reconciliation solutioning, data reconciliation executive presentations and audit reporting, as well as public pension/benefits industry experience.

Key Activities/Responsibilities:

  • Provide business architecture leadership for data migration and modernization initiatives.
  • Support design and implementation of automated data reconciliation capabilities.
  • Validate business alignment of source-to-target data mapping and reconciliation rules.
  • Help ensure functional and data integrity across legacy and modernized systems.
  • Bridge business domain requirements and technical reconciliation implementation.
  • Responsible for designing and implementing an automated, repeatable, and auditable data reconciliation framework.
  • Demonstrate deep experience in pension modernization data reconciliation projects; Have been a hands-lead team member developing an AI reconciliation framework and have strong experience in Azure. 
  • This resource will be responsible for maintaining and utilizing detailed industry and internal services knowledge in leading the entire AI data reconciliation process team in the construction of industry-leading pension/benefits data reconciliation services solutions, including expert working level knowledge of the processes, and people components involved.
  • This resource will use their expertise to lead the effort to define the requirements and business needs for an AI based solution and framework that will enable the development and implementation of an automated, repeatable, and auditable AI data reconciliation project.
  • This resource will be in a "trusted expert advisor" role as a Subject Matter Expert for business architecture services, including but not limited to formal advice on internal and external customer presentations, as well as training of client staff.
  • This resource will follow all organizational Standard Operating Procedures related to cost modeling, approvals and reviews, and all other associated workflow and deliverables.
  • This resource will rely on their experience and judgment to plan, manage and accomplish goals; independently perform a variety of complicated tasks; and lead and direct the work of others.
  • A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected from this resource.
  • This resource will be expected to demonstrate their knowledge and skills in functional architecture aspects of data reconciliation as well as business process knowledge of pension/benefit data migration and reconciliation efforts during the interview process.


Required Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of legacy to target data migration and reconciliation knowledge.
  • 25+ years of pension/benefit functional domain expertise.
  • 25+ years of pension/benefit development experience.
  • 25+years of experience working in Information Technology
  • Must have solid direct experience translating business requirements into specific pension systems data reconciliation process designs for exceptionally large complex pension/benefit modernization solutions.
