Medicaid QA

We are seeking an Medicaid QA to serve as a system testing specialist on complex, change-oriented enrollment, eligibility, and claims processing systems. If you have a strong background in QA methodologies, automation, and healthcare data, we want to hear from you!

• Location: Columbia, SC (Candidate must be a South Carolina resident or willing to relocate prior to starting at their own expense)
• Work Arrangement: Fully Onsite (5 days/week)
• Interview Process: 1 Round, Virtual/Online
• Dress Code: Business Casual to Casual

Key Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, user acceptance testing (UAT) processes, and test cases based on business policies.
• Perform Smoke, System Integration (SIT), Negative, Usability, and End-to-End (E2E) testing.
• Design, develop, and support user interface testing applications and regression testing automation scripts.
• Review, guide, and approve vendor unit and system integrated test plans/results.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications (Required)

• 5+ years of dedicated experience in Quality Assurance & Quality Control.
• 5+ years translating business requirements or policy documentation into test cases and scenarios.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Sahi Pro or Selenium Automation Frameworks.
• Direct experience with formal test design techniques like Equivalence Class Partitioning and Pairwise Analysis.
• Hands-on experience with test design tools like PICT or equivalent orthogonal-based tools.
• Working knowledge of at least ONE of the following process areas: Spice, TPI, TMMI, or CMMI (OPF, OPD, PPQA).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field (or 5+ additional years of equivalent QA experience).

Highly Valued Skills (Preferred)

• 3+ years of Medicaid or Healthcare operations experience (deep knowledge of healthcare business processes).
• Experience with X.12 Standards and HIPAA EDI Transactions.
• 5+ years of large enterprise or e-business systems experience.
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence (Atlassian Suite).
• Solid background working in both Waterfall (SDLC) and Agile delivery environments.
