Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project / Delivery Manager to lead the execution of data and AI initiatives. This role focuses on driving delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects stay aligned with business goals and timelines.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise project/program management, particularly in data, analytics, or digital transformation projects, along with the ability to manage risks and drive stakeholder alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day execution of data and AI initiatives, ensuring teams stay on track and unblocked

  • Coordinate with engineering, BI, and business stakeholders to maintain delivery momentum

  • Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure timely completion of deliverables

  • Identify and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues

  • Develop and execute project plans aligned with client environments and objectives

  • Conduct readiness assessments and present findings to stakeholders

  • Lead or support teams to ensure successful project delivery

  • Develop and implement change management and adoption strategies

  • Communicate project status through reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Project Management / Program Management

  • Experience managing data, analytics, or digital transformation projects

  • Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies

  • Proven ability to manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Technical Program Management experience supporting data initiatives

  • Experience working in consulting environments (Big 4 or similar)

  • Experience across multiple industries and enterprise environments

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred
