About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven Staffing Account Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume staffing environment. This role goes beyond traditional recruiting — it requires someone who can build strong hiring manager relationships, drive daily delivery operations, and identify new business opportunities through ongoing conversations.

You will act as a critical bridge between hiring managers, consultants, and leadership, ensuring seamless execution and high-touch engagement across all staffing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Staffing Delivery & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain daily desk-side relationships with hiring managers
  • Maintain real-time visibility into all open requisitions, interview statuses, and consultant performance
  • Drive contractor engagement and proactively build referral pipelines

Hiring Manager Advocacy

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all staffing-related needs and escalations
  • Provide a high-touch, responsive experience to hiring managers

Lead Identification & Opportunity Mining

  • Identify opportunities for Managed Services / TaaS / CaaS through ongoing conversations
  • Recognize business challenges such as attrition, vendor gaps, or delivery delays and escalate appropriately

Operational Excellence & Reporting

  • Own and manage daily staffing metrics and reporting for US-based operations
  • Track and drive key KPIs such as submittal-to-hire ratios, interview velocity, and feedback cycles
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on delivery performance

Relationship Mining & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Convert candidate rejections into deeper conversations around upcoming hiring needs
  • Proactively follow up with stakeholders to unblock feedback loops and drive decisions
  • Maintain persistence while ensuring a collaborative and supportive approach

Required Qualifications

  • Experience in a high-volume staffing agency environment (e.g., Senior Recruiter, Associate Account Manager, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of staffing metrics such as submittal-to-hire ratios and pipeline management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a large enterprise environment
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
