Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Anaplan Developer to be part of global Operations Compensation team. Our team measures and evaluates the employee life cycle by using data to design compensation strategies for hourly employees. The labor market is ever evolving and we are here to advise on the future of our employee workforce. As a Developer on our team, you will solve unique and complex problems at a rapid pace, utilizing the latest technologies to create solutions that are highly scalable.
Responsibilities:
* Design a roadmap and implement technical solutions based on customer feedback
* Gather data and user requirements and translate those needs into Anaplan enhancements and/or new models
* Work directly with engineering teams to develop and refine integrations to receive and vend Anaplan data to/from other systems
* Partner with customers to identify strategic opportunities where improvements in data infrastructure create out-sized business impact
* Relishes working with large volumes of data, and enjoys the challenge of simplifying complex problems
REQUIREMENTS:
* Level 3 - Solution Architecture certification
* 5+ years of experience working with cross functional teams
* Anaplan experience
* SQL expertise
* Expertise in data modeling, ETL design and business intelligence tools
* Comfortable with ambiguity, able to think big (while paying careful attention to detail), and enjoy working in a fast-paced team
* Experience with programming tools (Python, R, etc.) to create custom applications based upon analytical needs
* Demonstrated strength in data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing
* Experience with Native AWS solutions (e.g., S3, Redshift)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
