  • Ensure schedules reflect real-world site conditions and construction strategies

Risk & Change Management

  • Analyze schedule impacts associated with design changes, scope adjustments, procurement challenges, or construction delays
  • Identify schedule risks early and support recovery and mitigation planning
  • Communicate schedule status, impacts, and forecasts clearly to leadership and project teams

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

  • Lead and participate in detailed planning discussions with Owners, General Contractors, Architects/Engineers, Subcontractors, and Suppliers
  • Attend regular project meetings to present schedule updates, progress assessments, and performance analytics
  • Provide transparent, data-driven reporting to project stakeholders

Performance Monitoring & Quality Assurance

  • Track progress using key performance indicators, milestones, and schedule metrics
  • Integrate detailed schedule fragments (trade-specific and systems-based) and adjust sequencing as required
  • Ensure schedule integrity, accuracy, and alignment with safety, quality, and delivery requirements

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Identify opportunities to improve scheduling practices, workflows, and reporting
  • Leverage technology and best-practice methodologies to enhance predictability and execution on complex, mission-critical builds

Required Qualifications
