Summary

Responsibilities
Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation module.
Conduct requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into functional design documents.
Configure and implement Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, Salary Basis and Salary Structures, Compensation Plans (Merit, Bonus, Stock, etc.), Budgets and Eligibility Profiles, Grade and Step Progression.
Design and support compensation cycles including testing, validation, and go-live support.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reports (OTBI/BIP), and data conversions.
Ensure seamless integration between Compensation and Core HR modules.
Provide guidance on compensation best practices and process optimization.
Support UAT, prepare training materials, and conduct user training sessions.
Provide post-go-live support and stabilization.
Experience**
8 12 years of overall experience in Oracle HCM.
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
Successfully completed at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of Oracle Cloud Compensation.
Experience in requirement analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
Experience with data migration (HDL/HSDL) is preferred.
Experience working in global compensation environments.
Skills**
Strong functional knowledge of Workforce Compensation, Individual Compensation, Salary Management, Compensation Plans and Budgets.
Good understanding of Oracle Core HR (Work Structures, Grades, Jobs, Positions, Person Management).
Knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher reporting related to Compensation.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and lead functional tracks.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

Oracle Cloud Certification in HCM Compensation is preferred.
