Summary

Responsibilities**
Design, develop, solve problems, debug, evaluate, modify, deploy, and document software and systems that meet Oracle standards.
Debug software components and identify code defects for remediation.
Lead the deployment, support, and monitoring of software across test, integration, and production environments.
Identify opportunities for adopting new technologies.
Take accountability for the success of the team achieving their goals.
Help drive the team s strategy and prioritize initiatives.
Challenge status quo, demonstrate risk taking, and implement creative ideas.
Analyze workflow and contribute to enable the team to be more effective, productive, and demonstrate faster and stronger results.
Architect, code scripts, integrations, and configurations within SaaS software.
Develop inbound/outbound, file/API-based integrations for Oracle HCM.
Create functional and technical summaries from Oracle whitepapers for the team.
Skills**
Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications (Talent, HCM).
Expertise in Oracle Fusion: ORC, Talent, Learning.
Experience with Oracle Journeys.
Experience in customization (DFF and EFF), report customization, defining concurrent programs, value sets, form functions, and functional setups.
Expertise in development, implementation, and customization of workflows.
Ability to conduct CRP (Conference Room Pilot) and fit gap analysis.
Familiarity with Oracle Redwood Design System.
Experience with the Oracle SR process for issue resolution and escalation.
Familiarity with Agile & Waterfall methodologies.
Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) is advantageous.
Knowledge of Cornerstone On Demand (Navigator) SaaS is a benefit.
Experience with automation for Oracle Cloud test data management and code deployment is advantageous.
Experience**
3+ years of supporting enterprise applications (SaaS and/or in-house) and software development experience.
Experience implementing Oracle Fusion: ORC, Talent, Learning.
Experience with multi-region/country Oracle HCM, ORC, Talent configuration and administration.
Experience with HCM quarterly patches impact analysis and validation.
Experience with full project life cycle and well versed with Agile & Waterfall Analysis.
Prior hands-on experience in managing Oracle Fusion platform Global HR.
Completed at least 1 full life cycle implementation of an Oracle Cloud Project.
Experience with Agile (Scrum), Rally, Jira, Confluence, Kanban.
Prior experience consuming Oracle delivered API and integrating with enterprise applications.
Certification**
Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Science Engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred.
