Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale enterprise programs and strategic initiatives within a fast-paced technology environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex project portfolios, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving governance, and ensuring successful execution of technology initiatives from planning through delivery.

This role requires exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, financial oversight, risk management, and program governance skills while partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, PMO, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple concurrent enterprise projects and programs while ensuring alignment with organizational strategic objectives.
  • Manage project portfolios, monitor interdependencies, and provide portfolio health reporting to executive leadership.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, roadmaps, timelines, budgets, resource plans, and delivery schedules.
  • Partner with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, COE teams, Finance, PMO, and business stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and optimize delivery.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure project milestones, deliverables, and business objectives are achieved.
  • Drive project forecasting, capacity planning, budget management, and resource allocation across multiple initiatives.
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful delivery.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for project issues, scope changes, resource conflicts, and delivery challenges.
  • Ensure adherence to SDLC methodologies, governance standards, regulatory compliance, and organizational project management processes.
  • Prepare executive-level dashboards, portfolio reports, status updates, and KPI metrics.
  • Lead governance meetings, steering committee reviews, project health assessments, and executive presentations.
  • Promote continuous improvement through process optimization and project management best practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of Project or Program Management experience leading enterprise technology initiatives.
  • Proven experience managing multiple complex projects and enterprise portfolios simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
  • Experience collaborating with Product Management, Engineering, Finance, PMO, and executive leadership.
  • Strong financial management experience including budget planning, forecasting, and resource management.
  • Experience with portfolio planning, roadmap management, and capacity planning.
  • Demonstrated success managing enterprise risks, issues, dependencies, and executive escalations.
  • Experience working within SDLC processes, governance frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
