Job Description
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager III to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in portfolio-level delivery, Scrum Master leadership, and enterprise change management and a proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives on time, within scope, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver defined project and program deliverables across multiple teams.
- Communicate objectives, manage risks and issues, and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
- Facilitate delivery routines including kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates.
- Coordinate dependencies across teams and remove impediments to maintain schedule and quality.
- Provide end-to-end visibility into delivery health, including scope, timeline, budget, and quality metrics.
- Gather and present status updates to stakeholders and leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
- Align execution with business requirements in partnership with sponsors and stakeholders.
- Ensure deliverables comply with Enterprise Change Management standards and controls.
- Support resource planning and forecasting to enable successful execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Demonstrated project and program management experience across multi-team efforts.
- Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence, including reporting across multiple instances.
- Strong Scrum Master experience with release planning and readiness leadership.
- Experience implementing change and continuous improvement and developing and documenting delivery standards.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience level: 5+ years in IT project or program management roles.
Preferred Skills:
- Background in portfolio management or enterprise-level delivery oversight.
- Experience with financial services or large enterprise environments.
