Health Connect Integration /Epic Bridges Certified - Integration Developer

Job Summary Seeking an experienced Epic Bridges Integration Developer with strong healthcare integration expertise to design, develop, and maintain robust integration solutions within a healthcare provider environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on development experience with Epic Bridges, HL7 messaging, and integration engines such as Intersystems Health Connect (IHCC) or Rhapsody. This role requires strong technical knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards and enterprise integration development. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Epic Bridges interfaces and integrations Develop and support healthcare integrations using Intersystems Health Connect (IHCC) or Rhapsody Work with HL7 messaging standards including ADT, ORM, ORU, and related healthcare transaction types Troubleshoot and resolve interface and integration issues to ensure data accuracy and reliability Collaborate with clinical, technical, and vendor teams to support integration initiatives Monitor interface performance and implement improvements for scalability and operational efficiency Ensure compliance with healthcare data exchange standards and security requirements Support integration testing, deployment, maintenance, and ongoing enhancements Develop scalable and reliable integration solutions within healthcare provider environments Required Qualifications Active Epic Bridges Certification Strong hands-on experience with Epic Bridges integration development Experience with Intersystems Health Connect (IHCC) or Rhapsody integration platforms Experience with Health Connect / HealthConnect environments Strong understanding of HL7 standards and healthcare data exchange Proven experience working within healthcare provider organizations Strong hands-on development experience with healthcare interfaces and integrations Experience troubleshooting and supporting enterprise healthcare integrations Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience with FHIR or modern healthcare interoperability standards Knowledge of cloud-based integration platforms Familiarity with healthcare compliance and security standards including HIPAA Experience designing scalable healthcare integration architectures Certifications Active Epic Bridges Certification required Education: Bachelors Degree Certification: Active Epic Bridges
